To give you a greater understanding of nutrition, help you to understand movement, work on your mindset, create healthy habits and get rid of those hindering you to grow in confidence and get you to a place where no matter what comes at you in life you will have the tools to help.

We won't lecture you to “avoid bad foods” and “just eat less and move more!”
While it may seem helpful… it rarely addresses the real challenges that are holding you back from your goals.

We need to make YOU accountable for your actions, by educating you not telling you what to do!
We will set you some weekly challenges to help you understand new behaviours through nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, and specific change adaptation skills (such as mindset and outlook) that you need for success.

WE WANT YOU TO TRANSFORM YOUR LIFE, NOT JUST YOUR BODY

We don’t want you to look good and feel awful, we want to help people feel and function well in all aspects of their lives. Our goal is to get you to say, “I’ve built the skills needed to benefit from everything a healthy lifestyle has to offer.”

Upon sign up, you will receive an online lifestyle questionnaire. This questionnaire provides us with all the information we need. This will form the basis of your biweekly check-ins in the app

The coaching booklet

Your coaching booklet will talk you through the next 8 weeks and what to expect. We will start educating you with some top tips to make sure the 8 weeks are successful.

You will be given access to our member App. This is where ALL of YOUR data will be held for us to be able use to help you along your way, all the workouts and meal options will also sit in there.

Nutrition

Nutrition

Personalised calorie and macro-nutrient (ratio of carbs/fats/protein) target.  Informing you what MACROS etc all explained to you.

A sample meal plan supplied based on your requirements 

Show you how to read nutrition labels and how to eat out and still manage to stay on track. 

Sample meals will be in the App to inspire some healthy recipes for you to enjoy.

The training programmes will be structured to train from a gym. 

You will be provided with an easy to follow training program that progresses over the 8 weeks, including full exercise demonstrations. 

*gyms are not essential just preferred

BI- WEEKLY CHECK-INS

Weekly Check-ins

In your member App, you will be required to check in biweekly. Update your measurements and answer some questions we need in order to make changes/suggestions along the way. We will then send you back a voice note message every two weeks with feedback and any macro changes or areas of your lifestyle.

We want to give you the knowledge to help you achieve a life that you deserve and with these weekly booklets and set you some small weekly actions that over the course of 8 weeks will add up to a big change.

1-2-1 WITH HUGH & MICHELLE

A good coach can change the game, a great coach can change your life

Whether your goal is 8 weeks or 12 months working with us you are going to feel like a new person. Still you — only fitter and stronger. It won’t be a walk in the park. You’ll have to put in the hours. Watch what you eat, and be motivated.

But the more you put in, the more you’ll get out. Not just physically, but mentally.

And as long as you (mostly) stick to the plan and listen to us as your Trainers / Coaches, you’ll see a real difference.

Online Personal Training is an exciting way for us to offer Personal Coaching (training and nutrition guidance) and achieve life changing transformations but most of all setting you up for long-term success with behaviour change and educating you on living a new healthy and balanced lifestyle to ensure that the results last.

It’s the ongoing support that makes change possible. As trainers if we see you for two hours a week our sessions together is not enough as we know it’s the other 166 hours of the week where the winning or damage is done. This is where having an online coach can help by holding your accountable.

AND YES WE ARE HOLDING YOU ACCOUNTABLE!!

We get to have a 1-2-1 client and trainer relationship from anywhere in the world.

Preparation

This is where we lay the foundations for your long term success. We work together to customise a workout and nutrition approach to suit your lifestyle. You will be keeping a food diary for 7 days which we will then look over and make some recommendations for you. We will design your schedule to ensure we plan for upcoming social events etc. so we can plan around real life.

Let’s get to it

This is where it’s over to you to do the work, we will hold you accountable weekly check-ins and catch-ups to ensure we achieve the results you want. We will make adjustments where necessary to training and nutrition to make sure you are always progressing. Each training plan will have different elements to it to keep them interesting and the workouts fun but you will need to work hard.

Results

We will have worked hard and the hard work will pay off so you will look and feel great but also and most importantly you will understand the key fundamentals to ensure you are set up for long term success.

Both Michelle and Hugh have been in high demand for years for corporate
speaking events on array of different topics, including FITNESS &
wellbeing, MENOPAUSE, ADDICTIONS, both IN and outside
THE WORKPLACE. All have been well documented, sharing insightful
story’s about the impact of these events on mental health, impact of these on
the physical body and the pressure it can place at the workplace, home and
relationships, whether you are the one suffering or the one trying to support a
loved one.
Both Michelle and Hugh have featured on FIVE Live radio, ITV Lorraine, Loose
Women etc discussing menopause and the impact of menopause for women
at home and in the workplace but also how it can impact the partner.
Both seen as leaders in the fitness and wellness space, speaking together,
both Michelle and Hugh’s strength as a couple has been inspiring and
insightful for many corporate events around the UK and Europe.

Michelle has spoke at many corporate events including tescos, and national health organisations around menopause, working and living with menopause. Michelle also speaks about her book called “Hot Flush” which was a UK best seller.

Michelle also speaks on the impact of falling into addiction and overcoming addiction, something that impacts so many families, workplace relationships and careers. Both Michelle and Hugh share insights from each other perspectives of what this was like to go through as a couple.

Michelle is a best-selling author, inspirational speaker, EMMY Award winner, BRIT award winner, Pop star, TV Presenter, a wife and a mother. Strong, both mentally and physically, determined and passionate, Michelle can both share her inspirational story and motivate others with her moving path to recovery, living life to the full and dealing with Menopause for the last 8 years.

Hugh

Hugh has been at C-Level for two global businesses and understands corporate wellness, the importance of corporate wellness in the workplace. Hugh has also consulted for many corporate companies like WE WORK on their global wellness strategy around Movement, Nutrition, Recovery and mindset. Hugh has featured on some podcasts for world class fitness brands like Hyperice, ISSA (International Sports Science Association) IDEA Fit to name a few.

Working with multiple teams, companies and a wide variety of organisations over the last few years has given both Michelle and Hugh the ability to both educate and inspire, and to make people laugh out loud, all at the same time! They have even been known to lead a group exercise class and bring a smile to everyone.
